Maternal Mental Health Support

Thoughtful, Specialized Care

Therapy during pregnancy and postpartum is not one-size-fits-all.

My practice is intentionally focused on maternal mental health so that you receive targeted, informed care during this season of life.

Out of network (OON) benefits

If I am not a provider for your health insurance, depending on your health plan you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance with out-of-network benefits for all or a portion of your bill. Once you meet your out of network deductible, insurance can then provide reimbursement.

How it works: After each session, I provide you a SUPERBILL that you can then submit to your health insurance for partial or full reimbursement. There are some companies that provide this service for a small percentage fee that I have had clients have success with.

Therapy Intensives

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like things just aren’t getting better fast enough, a therapy intensive offers a more focused, supportive space to work through what’s coming up—without waiting week to week.

Intensives are designed for moms who want deeper support in a shorter amount of time. Whether you’re navigating postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, or just feeling unlike yourself, this can be a powerful way to get relief and clarity more quickly.

Intensive Options

Postpartum Planning Session (60 minutes)
$300
A supportive, proactive session to help you prepare for the postpartum period with intention—emotionally, mentally, and practically.

Postpartum Reset Intensive (3 hours)
$950
A deeper, more focused experience to help you process what you’ve been carrying, reduce overwhelm, and begin feeling more like yourself again.

All intensives include personalized planning, guided support during our time together, and follow-up recommendations so you feel grounded moving forward.

Is an intensive right for you?

This option may be a good fit if:

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed and need more than a 50-minute session

  • You want to work through something specific in a focused way

  • Weekly therapy hasn’t felt like enough support

  • You are unsure about weekly, ongoing therapy

  • You’re preparing for or adjusting to a big transition (new baby, second baby, returning to work, etc.)

A gentle next step

If you’re curious but not sure if this is the right fit, you don’t have to figure that out alone.

I offer a free consultation where we can talk through what’s been going on, what kind of support would feel most helpful, and whether an intensive or ongoing sessions would best support you right now.

I offer a limited number of intensive spots each month to make sure each client receives dedicated, high-quality support.

If this is something you’ve been considering, I encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later to reserve a time that works for you.

You deserve support that actually meets you where you are.

Therapy as an Investment

Many of the women and families I work with view therapy during this season as an investment in long-term emotional health.

Addressing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, depression, or identity shifts early can:

  • Improve sleep and daily functioning

  • Strengthen your marriage or partnership

  • Increase patience and confidence in parenting

  • Reduce the risk of prolonged postpartum mood disorders

This work is designed to help you feel steady and supported — not just survive this season.

Frequency & Length of Care

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish stability.

As symptoms improve, sessions may transition to biweekly or as-needed support.

We will regularly assess progress and adjust the pace of therapy based on your goals and needs.

Next Steps
