Specialized Perinatal Mental Health Support

Investing in Yourself Is One of the Greatest Gifts You Can Give Your Family

If you're here, you've probably already spent weeks—or even months—trying to manage everything on your own.

You've read articles. Listened to podcasts. Wondered if what you're experiencing is "normal." Maybe you've even told yourself that you should be able to handle this without help.

The truth is, motherhood wasn't meant to be navigated alone.

Therapy is an investment, but it's also an investment in sleeping better, feeling more like yourself again, enjoying your baby, strengthening your relationships, and finding confidence in this new season of life.

My goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and free from surprises so you can focus on what matters most: your healing

Why Moms Choose Specialized Perinatal Therapy

Not all therapists specialize in pregnancy and postpartum mental health.

Since 2019, I've focused almost exclusively on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to motherhood.

Many of the moms I work with come to therapy after trying to "push through" anxiety, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, panic, or overwhelming guilt on their own. They often tell me they finally feel heard and validated because they don't have to explain why motherhood feels so much harder than they expected.

Specialized care means you don't have to educate your therapist about postpartum anxiety, perinatal OCD, birth trauma, or the emotional changes that can come with becoming a parent. Instead, we can spend our time focusing on helping you feel better.

What You Can Expect

Every session is tailored to your unique goals and experiences.

Together we'll work toward helping you:

  • Feel calmer and more in control

  • Reduce anxiety and intrusive thoughts

  • Build confidence in yourself as a mother

  • Stop second-guessing every decision

  • Strengthen your relationships

  • Enjoy your baby and family more fully

  • Develop practical tools that continue long after therapy ends

Therapy isn't about "fixing" you. It's about helping you reconnect with yourself during one of life's biggest transitions.

  • Cigna

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, many PPO plans offer out-of-network reimbursement.

I partner with Thrizer, which can make using out-of-network benefits much easier by helping estimate your reimbursement and reducing the amount you pay upfront.

Is Therapy Worth the Investment?

This is one of the most common questions I hear—and it's a good one.

Many moms worry about spending money on themselves, especially when there are so many other demands on the family budget.

But I often encourage clients to think about a different question:

What is the cost of continuing to struggle?

Anxiety can affect sleep, relationships, work, confidence, and your ability to enjoy this season with your family.

Therapy isn't just about reducing symptoms. It's about helping you reclaim your life, feel more present, and build skills that continue to serve you long after therapy ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often will we meet?

All my clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and support their progress. As you're feeling better, we can gradually reduce the frequency based on your needs and goals.

How long will I need therapy?

Every person is different. Some clients come for support during a specific season of motherhood, while others choose longer-term care. We'll regularly review your progress together and make decisions collaboratively.

What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?

That makes sense. I offer a free consultation so you can ask questions, learn about my approach, and decide whether we're a good fit before scheduling your first appointment.

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes. All sessions are held securely online, making it easier to attend therapy without arranging childcare or adding another logistic to your day.

Ready to Feel More Like Yourself Again?

You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own.

Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or adjusting to motherhood years later, intentional support is available.

If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
